Do you provide overnight nursing support?
Yes. Overnight nursing support may be coordinated for clients recovering from surgery, managing complex medical conditions, or requiring skilled clinical monitoring throughout the night. Depending on the individual’s needs, nursing support may include medication administration, respiratory care, infusion monitoring, ongoing assessments, and other skilled nursing services.

Can nursing support be coordinated after hospitalization or surgery?

Who should I contact if I have questions about my infusion medication, supplies, or delivery?
Questions about medication deliveries, infusion supplies, prescription refills, shipment tracking, physician orders, treatment schedules, medication dosing, prior authorizations, insurance approvals, laboratory requirements, or infusion protocols should be directed to your specialty pharmacy or prescribing provider.
TLC Nurse Solutions coordinates nursing services and scheduling. We do not dispense medications, ship supplies, modify physician-directed treatment plans, or provide medical direction regarding prescribed therapies.

Do you coordinate with physicians, specialty pharmacies, and healthcare facilities?
Yes. We regularly coordinate with physicians, specialty pharmacies, discharge planners, case managers, professional fiduciaries, rehabilitation teams, surgery centers, healthcare facilities, and other healthcare professionals to help support communication, continuity, and an organized care experience.

Do nursing services require physician orders?
The need for physician orders depends on the type of nursing support being coordinated.
Many services are coordinated using existing physician treatment plans, discharge instructions, prescriptions, infusion orders, or specialty pharmacy documentation. Certain services, including infusion therapy, medication administration, respiratory support, and other physician-directed treatments, generally require physician orders before services begin.

What should be prepared before a nursing visit?
To help support a smooth start to services, prescribed medications, infusion medications, supplies, equipment, treatment materials, and physician instructions should generally be available before the scheduled nursing visit whenever applicable.
TLC Nurse Solutions coordinates nursing services but does not provide medications, infusion products, medical supplies, durable medical equipment, or physician orders. We work closely with clients, families, physicians, specialty pharmacies, and referral partners to help support communication and continuity throughout the coordination process.
How do I request nursing support?

Can family members, fiduciaries, trustees, conservators, case managers, or other authorized representatives coordinate services on behalf of a client?
Yes. Many of the individuals we support have family members, healthcare agents, professional fiduciaries, trustees, conservators, case managers, discharge planners, attorneys, family offices, and other trusted advisors involved in care planning and coordination.
When appropriate authorization is in place, we are happy to communicate with designated individuals involved in the client’s care. How are nursing services scheduled and billed?
TLC Nurse Solutions is a California private-pay nurse registry that coordinates one-on-one nursing support throughout the state.
We manage service agreements, scheduling, care coordination, invoicing, and payment processing directly. Independent nurses do not bill clients separately or collect payment from clients or families.
Rates vary depending on the type of nursing support requested, level of clinical care, scheduling requirements, geographic location, and other factors unique to each situation.

How is privacy protected?
Privacy, professionalism, and discretion are central to everything we do.
Communications are handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements, and independent nurses in our registry complete ongoing HIPAA privacy and security training to help safeguard confidential information. We understand the importance of protecting personal health information while supporting clear communication among authorized members of the care team.
