Meet Gina, our Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, a passionate advocate for holistic health and wellness. With a strong background in nursing and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, Gina has dedicated over 20 years to helping individuals with their health needs.
Gina’s journey began with successfully building and operating a nurse registry, where she recruited nurses and matched them with clients. During this time, she also played a crucial role in managing the start-up of a new home health agency, gaining valuable experience in healthcare operations.
Driven by her calling to promote holistic healing, Gina became a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and attained the status of Reiki Master in 2017. Through her expertise, she has empowered numerous individuals to take control of their health by providing the care, support, and valuable information they need.
Before embarking on her nursing career, Gina enjoyed a thriving professional life in Silicon Valley as a Purchasing and Travel Manager at a software firm. In this role, she honed her leadership skills, overseeing and leading teams to create efficient and productive environments.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Gina finds joy in caring for her family and pets. She values fitness and enjoys staying active, as well as expressing her love for her loved ones through her culinary skills.
Gina’s diverse background, combining nursing, holistic health, and management expertise, uniquely positions her to lead TLC Nurse Solutions with a holistic and compassionate approach. Her commitment to helping individuals achieve optimal health and well-being is at the heart of our mission.

Meet Christina, our Chief Operations Officer and Co-Founder. With a wealth of experience in strategic operations and organizational leadership, Christina is a key asset to our team. Her track record of success and deep understanding of driving operational excellence make her an invaluable leader in the private duty healthcare sector.
Christina excels in streamlining processes, optimizing resources, and enhancing overall efficiency. Her exceptional teamwork skills foster a supportive work environment, enabling her to solve problems, increase productivity, and include a sense of enjoyment and fun into the workplace.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Christina finds fulfillment in spending quality time with her loved ones, friends, and animals. She is an avid reader and finds solace in nature, using it as a rejuvenating retreat.
