Built on Years of Nurse Registry Experience
TLC Nurse Solutions was founded in 2020 by professionals with extensive experience in California nurse registry operations, private duty nursing coordination, and healthcare services.
Before founding TLC, our leadership spent many years helping build and grow an established California nurse registry. That experience provided a deep understanding of what it takes to coordinate complex nursing care, develop strong nursing networks, support clients and families, work alongside healthcare professionals, and manage the many details involved in maintaining nursing support throughout California.
We created TLC Nurse Solutions to bring that experience into a company of our own — one built around thoughtful coordination, personalized service, transparency, collaboration, and meaningful relationships.
Today, TLC continues to grow while remaining committed to the personal attention and responsive communication that have been central to our approach from the beginning.

Every nursing arrangement is different, and thoughtful coordination begins with understanding the individual circumstances.

Our Three Primary Areas of Nursing Support
Private Duty Nursing
TLC coordinates personalized private duty nursing services throughout California for individuals and families seeking experienced one-on-one nursing support.
Care may include extended daytime nursing, overnight nursing, recurring schedules, or around-the-clock support. TLC also coordinates nursing for post-surgical recovery, hospital-to-home transitions, high-acuity and medically complex care, and aging in place.
Specialty Infusion Nursing
TLC collaborates with specialty pharmacies and other healthcare partners to coordinate experienced nurses for home infusion nursing throughout California.
This may include IVIG and specialty infusion nursing, SCIG, biologics, and other prescribed infusion therapies according to the established plan of care.
Healthcare Facility Nursing Support
TLC works with healthcare organizations seeking experienced independent nurses for healthcare facility nursing support, including full shifts, recurring schedules, planned coverage, and additional nursing support based on organizational needs.
We support a variety of healthcare environments, including surgery centers, rehabilitation and treatment centers, specialty medical practices, clinics, senior living communities, and other healthcare settings throughout California.
