Each referral is unique.
Some opportunities involve ongoing private duty nursing, while others may include infusion visits, recovery support, healthcare facility coverage, or specialty nursing services. Client needs, schedules, locations, and clinical requirements naturally vary, so every referral is evaluated individually.
When a new referral aligns with your clinical background, geographic location, availability, and professional interests, our coordination team may contact you to discuss the opportunity.
Independent nurses always maintain the freedom to accept or decline referrals based on their own schedules, travel preferences, and professional goals.
