Understanding Our Rates
Fees are based on the type of nurse requested — Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) — and the specific services provided. Because every client’s needs are unique, each placement is thoughtfully matched to ensure both the right nurse and the right level of care.
Minimum Visit Duration
Nursing visits are scheduled with a minimum of two hours for shorter administrations and four hours for extended visits, depending on the nurse and type of care. These minimums ensure that services are delivered thoroughly, attentively, and without rush.
Payment Policy
We operate on a private-pay basis, with payment due upon receipt of invoice. This streamlined process ensures a seamless experience for clients and families.
Insurance and Medicare
While we do not accept insurance, and Medicare generally does not cover private duty nursing services, we are happy to provide documentation that may assist clients in exploring reimbursements or alternative funding options. Choosing private pay also gives you the freedom to arrange the care you want, when you want it — without delays tied to insurance approvals.
