Are There Independent Nursing Opportunities in California?

Join the TLC Nurse Solutions Registry

TLC Nurse Solutions offers independent nursing opportunities throughout California for exceptional Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs). As a women-owned California nurse registry, we connect independent nurses with thoughtfully coordinated placements across a variety of care settings, including private duty nursing, home infusion therapy, healthcare facility support, and other specialized nursing opportunities.

We seek nurses who bring more than clinical excellence. The strongest nurses in our registry combine meticulous clinical skill with strong administrative ability, clear and timely communication, and professionalism in every setting. HIPAA compliance, discretion, reliability, and kindness remain essential, helping create comfort and confidence for clients, families, and healthcare partners alike.

What We Offer

Diverse Opportunities

Our registry coordinates opportunities across California, including private duty nursing, home infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy infusions, IVIG administration, post-surgical recovery support, pediatric nursing, high-acuity care, and healthcare facility assignments. Nurses may have opportunities to support clients receiving IVIG and specialty infusion nursing support, post-surgical recovery support, pediatric private duty nursing support, and high-acuity nursing care.

Flexibility and Independence

Enjoy the autonomy of independent contracting while building meaningful professional relationships with clients, families, specialty pharmacies, healthcare facilities, and referral partners. Nurses independently choose whether to accept available assignments based on location, schedule, availability, and clinical comfort level.

Expand your experience across a variety of care settings while receiving placement opportunities aligned with your expertise, interests, and availability. Many nurses enjoy gaining experience in both private duty nursing assignments and home infusion nursing opportunities while maintaining flexibility and independence.
