TLC Nurse Solutions provides thoughtfully coordinated private duty nursing and infusion support throughout California by connecting clients with experienced independent nurses who deliver personalized care with professionalism, discretion, and compassion. Nurses in our registry provide support in private homes and aligned care settings for a wide range of needs, including private duty nursing, infusion therapy, post-surgical recovery, high-acuity support, pediatric care, ventilator and tracheostomy support, neurological and spinal cord injury support, wellness-focused nursing oversight, and continuous bedside care.
To support consistency, continuity of care, and thoughtfully coordinated service, nursing visits are generally arranged with minimum scheduling timeframes depending on the type of care requested. Advance scheduling is strongly encouraged whenever possible to support nurse availability, preferred scheduling requests, and seamless coordination of care.
Coordination for services, including ongoing and continuous care arrangements, is generally managed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
TLC Nurse Solutions operates as a private pay nurse registry. Upon request, supporting documentation may be provided for clients pursuing reimbursement or alternative funding arrangements when applicable.
