TLC Nurse Solutions connects clients with independent nurses who provide care tailored to every stage of life. From intermittent nursing support to continuous 24/7 care, nurses in our registry bring skill, compassion, and discretion to homes and care settings across California.

Nursing visits are scheduled with a minimum of two hours for shorter administrations and four hours for extended visits, depending on the type of care. These minimums help ensure every service remains thorough, attentive, and thoughtfully delivered. Scheduling requests made as far in advance as possible provide the best opportunity to secure a preferred nurse. Coordination for all services, including continuous 24/7 nursing support, is generally arranged during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Our services are private pay only, allowing clients the flexibility to arrange care on their own terms. Upon request, documentation may be provided to support reimbursement or alternative funding options when applicable.
